To give our customers the confidence to shop with us, we offer a full refund within (3) days of purchase and also offer an exchange within (3) days of purchase subject to the below conditions.
- All items are subject to Return and Exchange
- To benefit from Return, Exchange, and Warranty services, an original invoice is required.
- The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and can be displayed on their cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
- The goods to be replaced or returned do not match the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
- The item is in its original packing condition.
- Return is within (3) days and exchange is within (3) days of date of purchase .
- The Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.
- Items purchased through vouchers, credit cards, or installment service cannot be refunded in cash and it can be exchanged with the store gift voucher.
- Refunding the amount collected on behalf of 3rd parties depends solely on the service provider’s Return and exchange policies, and it requires the customer to provide the payment slip alongside the store Invoice.
- Return, Exchange, and warranty service extend within the geographical boundaries of the country in which the product was purchased.
- Service charges are non-refundable.
- Accepting shipment from the shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and is sealed upon receiving.
- The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of delivery and you must have the original invoice that arrived with the shipment.
- Items purchased through vouchers, credit cards, or installment services cannot be refunded in cash
- To benefit from return and exchange services, the customer must go to the nearest store location (you can visit the locations list page).
- Immediate Defective items Replacement.
- The store will Refund or replace items with a manufacturing defect (with a similar item within (One Year) days of the purchase date in the following cases:
- Item must be free of misuse.
- Original packing along with the box, user manuals, and accessories must be returned with the device.
- In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return shipping fees carried out through FedEx, DHL, or Aramex courier services only, and the order must be in its original state (unused/unopened), together with its original purchase receipt.
- Law No. (8) of 2008 on consumer protection and Law No. (13) of 2016 on personal data privacy protection complement each other and cover what is not explicitly stated in this policy.
